Returns

Return addresses are different for warranties and returns and must have a return authorization number on the outside of the box.
Please email us for authorization number and correct address to ship to.

Electrical items that have been open are not returnable but still maybe covered by manufacturers warranty.

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges will be reimbursed ONLY if we’ve shipped a wrong or defective part.

Items returned for refund must be in unopened, unused and in original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. ALL shipping charges are non refundable.
